Samples Policy

We’re mindful of reducing waste and working with you to help you achieve your promo goals.  

• Samples under $10: Free for existing clients.  New clients please contact us and we’ll work with you to get you what you need. 
• Samples $10 and over: will incur a small charge, which is credited back once you place an order
• Sample branding: most samples will be either unbranded/blank, or will sometimes include sample branding depending on availability. 
• Pre-production samples: include your logo on the product of your choice.  These incur a charge as our production team needs to set up machinery to begin the branding process.  Contact us to discuss your product and artwork requirements and we’ll guide you through the process
